What counts as an update?
A small change to something already on your site, usually up to about 30 minutes of work: a text, a photo, a price, a menu item or your opening hours. Bigger jobs are quoted before I start, and fixing anything my work broke is always free.

Questions people ask first
What does the monthly fee cover?
Your update requests (2 a month on Starter, 5 on Business, 5 on Premium), a monthly technical check, free fixes for anything I built, saved version history and HTTPS hosting in your name. Premium adds one small improvement a month and priority. Bigger jobs are quoted separately, before I start.
Do I pay separately for building the site?
Yes, once: the setup fee covers designing, writing and building your site ($79, $149 or $249, depending on the plan). After launch you only pay the monthly fee.
How many changes can I ask for each month, and what counts?
Up to 2 requests a month on Starter, 5 on Business and 5 on Premium. A request is a small change to something already on the site, such as a text, a photo, a price, a menu item or your opening hours, usually up to about 30 minutes of work. Unused requests don't carry over.
What if I need a new page or feature?
I tell you the price before I start. A new section on an existing page counts as two requests; a new page, connecting an outside system or a feature that needs a server is quoted separately. Premium includes one small improvement a month.
Is hosting included? Do I pay for the domain?
For a standard site, the hosting is set up in your name and there is no separate hosting bill. The domain is paid separately, about $10–15 a year, and registered in your name. If your project needs a paid server (for example an online store), I'll say so in the quote.
Who owns the website, the domain and the content?
You do, from day one: the domain, the hosting account, the site files and the texts written for you. The accounts are in your name and every password is handed over.
Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel?
The minimum is 3 months. After that, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. It's all in the agreement.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
It stays online and stays yours. Updates and checks stop; you can keep the site as it is, edit it yourself or hand it to another developer. I'll pass on everything they need.
What happens if something breaks?
If it broke because of my work, I fix it free and it never counts toward your requests. If it's caused by an outside service or a change someone else made, I tell you first what's needed. Regular checks lower the risk, but nobody can promise a site that never goes down; if something does break, it goes to the front of my queue.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from the next month. If moving up means extra pages or languages, I quote building that part first.
Can I pay once, without a monthly plan?
Yes. I can build the site for a one-time price: ask me on WhatsApp and I'll quote it. Later changes are then done as separate small jobs.
How does payment work?
The setup fee, the monthly fee, the payment method and the dates all go into a written agreement before I start. No surprises later.
Can I get a free demo before I decide?
Yes. Send me your business name and what you do on WhatsApp, and I'll make a quick demo of your homepage. No payment, no obligation.
Do I have to write the texts and supply photos?
I write the texts and you approve them: that's included in the setup. If you have no photos, I pick licensed images that suit your business, or give you a simple shot list for your own shoot.
Will you get me to number one on Google?
No. Nobody can guarantee that, so be wary of anyone who does. What I can do is lay the technical groundwork properly: speed, mobile layout, heading structure, a sitemap, structured data and the Google Business link. Rankings come after that, with content and time.
I already have a website. Does it need to be rebuilt?
I start with a free check. Sometimes fixing speed, mobile and SEO is enough; then I'll tell you so and do it as a small job. If a rebuild is really needed, I'll show you why with numbers.
